Orsova: Danube’s Cauldrons Boat Tours with Audio Guide

4.Orsova: Danube’s Cauldrons Boat Tours with Audio Guide

★★★★★★★★★★4.8 · 28 reviews · 1h 50m

Set out from Orșova in a comfortable boat for a 110-minute trip through the Danube Cauldrons. You’ll stop for photos at Decebalus Rock, Tabula Traiana, Mraconia Monastery, Ponicova Cave, and more. A multilingual audio guide covers the sights, while the captain handles the river route.

Brasov’s Haunted Past: Self-Guided Tour & Quest

6.Brasov’s Haunted Past: Self-Guided Tour & Quest

★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 7 reviews · 1 hour 46 minutes (approx.) · from $6Top rated

Take a self-guided walk through Brasov’s darker history as you solve challenges tied to the wizard Klingsor and his ghost army. The private quest lasts about 1 hour 46 minutes, begins at Blumenau Church, and returns there. You’ll need the app, an account made with your booking email, and comfortable walking shoes.

“I’d recommend you Uber to the first location or plan on a long initial walk! The experience was a fun way to kill time on our last day in Brasov but we were expecting more time around the city center rather than a 20+ minute walk to the first location! After that the walks were much shorter but we were already a bit burnt out before we began. Otherwise a lot of fun and well done! More of a history walking tour than a game.”

“The app wasn’t available which meant we were reliant on the web version which was quite hard to use The initial instructions were hard to follow, and it felt like I needed to do pre reading, I was hoping to learn on tour! However, it was cheap and it got us out and about on the first day”
